U.S. Representative Sam Liccardo (CA‑16)

“Los Altos is blessed with a beautiful downtown, and any changes should be made incrementally through public processes where everyone can be heard. Measure D’s passage would likely put the city out of compliance with its state housing obligations, forcing the penalty of the state Builder’s Remedy, and subjecting the community to the whim of developers to build freely without the public input our communities deserve. Zoning and other land use decisions should engage residents through public meetings, planning commissions, and city council hearings, rather than reflecting the bald desire of developers armed with attorneys. Please vote NO on Measure D.” [October 14, 2026]
